Responsibilities

Develop, and lead a growing team of Account Executives in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon financial targets and performance metrics
Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
Support the team with executive interactions and managing the end-to-end customer relationship
Foster a culture of personal development and mentorship
Develop and implement best practices to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
Accelerate Visiting Media’s continued artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and execution within the sales organization
Experience delivering sales training programs, including onboarding new reps and ongoing skill development
Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies, tools, and content that improve rep productivity and deal outcomes

Required

2+ years in a SaaS sales leadership role
5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience
Experience in hospitality and/or selling SaaS to hospitality industry
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor as well as a sales manager
High proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and processes
Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Outreach, Chorus.ai, and Zoominfo

Preferred

Experience delivering sales training programs, including onboarding new reps and ongoing skill development
Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies, tools, and content that improve rep productivity and deal outcomes
