Responsibilities

Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
Track deadlines, coordinate inspections, appraisals, title/escrow, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Prepare listing materials, CMAs, contracts, and representation agreements
Coordinate vendors for pre-listing activities such as inspections, staging, photography, and cleaning
Serve as a central point of contact for clients, agents, vendors, and partners, providing consistent updates and guidance
Oversee CRM activity, client records, and reporting to support lead management and follow-up
Support marketing efforts, including listings, events, email campaigns, social media, and printed materials
Manage calendars, meetings, email correspondence, and internal workflows to keep operations running smoothly
Assist with commission processing, vendor payments, and general operational tasks

Required

3+ years of administrative or operations experience, ideally within real estate or a related field
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
High level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems; strong skills in Google Workspace and related tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, service-oriented mindset with strong accountability and initiative
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to work on-site full time

Preferred

Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain within one year
