Senior Client Relationship Manager
Ambition is representing a prestigious law firm in the US seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sectors and Clients Business Development Manager for their Technology Client Relationship team. The role involves overseeing strategic client development and relationship management to foster long-term relationships with key clients in the Technology industry.
Responsibilities
Act as central point of contact, both internally and externally, within the client team primarily, and with the larger firm and other internal or external stakeholders
Work closely with Lawyers, Partners and other key stakeholders within the firm to understand firm-wide capabilities to leverage specialist-led relationship building with key or primary accounts
Play a key role in the diversification of revenue streams by identifying new business or relationship opportunities that haven’t been already leveraged by the firm
Point of contact for all client feedback for the firm, which then must be presented to key internal stakeholders
Work with wider business services teams to implement and manage IT tools for use in communicating our relationship with clients
Qualification
Required
Experience in key account and client relationship management
Previous Legal BD, Client Relationship or Client Development experience
Solid background and understanding of the Technology industry
