They are seeking a part-time Sterile Processing Didactic Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in their 12-week Sterile Processing Technician program, preparing students for the HSPA CRCST certification exam.

Responsibilities

Teach and facilitate live online classes (Zoom) for assigned cohorts, 4 days per week (Mon–Thu)

Deliver clear, engaging instruction aligned to Stepful’s standardized curriculum

Support students in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains

Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation

Provide timely feedback and targeted remediation to students who are struggling academically or with confidence

Communicate regularly with learners via email and Stepful community tools

Document student progress, attendance, and performance in Stepful systems

Collaborate with Stepful’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs

Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery
