Responsibilities
You'll design and orchestrate the organization-wide rituals, standards, and quality bars that turn chaos into clarity and ideas into impact
You'll craft seamless interfaces between Engineering/Data Science/Operations/Product Management and Sales/GTM, ensuring that value flows smoothly from conception to customer
You'll establish a governance framework with meaningful gates and crystal-clear definitions of Ready/Done that everyone rallies behind
You'll pioneer cutting-edge workflows like prompt-to-PRD, prompt-to-prototype, and 'vibe coding' that accelerate our product development while maintaining quality
You'll build the frameworks for measurement, learning, and experimentation that transform data into decisions
You'll provide the signals and systems for capacity planning and portfolio management that ensure we're always investing in our highest-impact opportunities
You'll lead initiatives that elevate our AI adoption and data strategy, creating a competitive advantage in our market
Architect the Operating System that synchronizes our product teams like a well-tuned orchestra, with reviews, roadmaps, and decision forums that drive clarity and momentum
Elevate Our Artifacts to a new standard-crafting narratives, outcome-oriented PRDs, and decision logs that inspire action and alignment
Make 'Vibe Coding' Our Secret Weapon-embedding quick demonstrations and prototypes before PRD sign-off to eliminate ambiguity and spark creativity
Turn AI into Our Competitive Edge by creating prompt libraries, prototyping patterns, and human-in-loop guardrails that accelerate our pace of innovation
Create Frictionless Interfaces across the organization with field-readiness pipelines, responsive feedback loops, and quality acceptance criteria that eliminate bottlenecks
Transform Measurement into Insight through North Star metrics, instrumentation gates, and an experiment cadence that turns data into learning
Champion Launch Excellence by orchestrating cross-functional readiness gates (Product, Data, Support, PMM, Risk) that ensure every launch exceeds expectations

You'll deliver the clarity they crave about what's being built, why it matters, and how it impacts their work and our customers
Qualification
Required
Experience in product operations or a related field
Strong understanding of product development processes
Ability to design and implement organizational rituals and standards
Experience in cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, operations, product management, and sales
Proven track record of establishing governance frameworks and clear definitions of project readiness
Experience with AI-enabled workflows and innovation
Strong analytical skills for measurement, learning, and experimentation
Experience in strategic resource allocation and capacity planning
Ability to lead transformation programs and initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach and empower team members
