Manage staff and set a growth strategy
Prospect and acquire new benefits clients while deepening relationships with existing ones
Partner with decision-makers in HR, Finance, and leadership roles to provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with senior producers and account teams to deliver best-in-class service
Qualification
Required
A long-term vision for leadership and ownership within an independent agency
Proven track record of successful sales results, including new business development and client growth
Strong knowledge of group health insurance
Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships with key decision-makers
Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by both performance and purpose
Licensed in PA and/or OH
Preferred
Experience in self-funded plans
