Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement
Propose and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and address business challenges
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions
Develop detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions to support decision-making and implementation
Utilize data analysis tools to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for strategic planning
Support RFQs, RFPs. Aid in development of pricing strategy that achieves target profit margins at all stages of the product life cycle
Support and drive capex and cost down efforts
Data analysis of product sales including tracking of revenue/margin by product/part number/region/customer
Assist in development of marketing materials including product datasheets, press releases, and other online or printed marketing collateral
Minimal job-related travel may be required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mathematically oriented field– engineering, business, economics
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns or trends that can inform business decisions
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficient in diagnosing problems and developing viable solutions to improve business processes
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders located globally
Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to lead and navigate dynamic environments
Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
