Responsibilities

Assist in designing and improving under guidance for manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling
Support workflow and layout analysis with direction from senior engineers
Help maintain process control techniques to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs
Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop and implement quality control procedures
Assist with manufacturability reviews and documentation for new product development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
0-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and welding
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, FDA, etc.)
Experience with process validation and equipment qualification
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
