Strategus is a growing and innovative leader in Connected TV (CTV) and Over-the-Top (OTT) advertising. They are seeking a Business Development Representative Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing team, oversee demand generation programs, and enhance sales performance through strategic development and training.

Responsibilities

Build, train and motivate a team of BDR's to achieve monthly activity and revenue targets

Oversee inbound program in coordination with marketing applying best practices for inbound lead generation, vetting and nurture

Work closely with demand generation to create and optimize marketing campaigns

Develop strategies to enhance performance through technology, workflow design, commissions/bonuses, contests, leadership development, and training needs

Work closely with the Sales Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes

Use BDR performance data to provide management with regular reports to track KPIs and implement best practices to improve results

Hire and onboard all BDR's - coordinate training resources in conjunction with sales Enablement to reduce ramp time

Conduct ongoing training and development with BDR team

Establish, measure and iterate on KPI's to drive desired outcomes
