Daily Employee reports to Supervisors and Management
Monitor and update timecards
Enter exemptions, deductions and time off
Enter Job Transfers
Process and review Historical Edits
Provide Contractor hours to agencies every Monday
Balance Payroll Registers to UKG Workforce Management
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management
Track vacation
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with UKG Workforce Management, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software
Preferred
Associate degree in Accounting, or related field, preferred
At least three years of related experience preferred
