Junior Loan Officer

The role involves connecting with borrowers, assisting with loan processes, and supporting senior team members while aiming to grow into a Senior Loan Officer position.
Responsibilities
Call and connect with warm leads from our Best-in-Class Marketing Machine
Build relationships with borrowers and help them explore loan options
Gather financial details and assist with preparing loan packages
Support Senior Loan Officers through each step of the loan process
Meet sales goals, generate referrals, and create new business opportunities
Work on-site with a motivated, high-energy team that’s committed to your growth
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (mortgage experience a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Encompass LOS is a plus
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
