Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned teams, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations and manager effectiveness

Support employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation

Partner with leaders to identify engagement and retention risks and support change management initiatives

Support onboarding, employee experience, and culture building initiatives

Provide recruiting support for clinical roles during the initial growth phase, partnering with recruiters on candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring decisions

Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and training requirements

Other responsibilities as assigned
