Commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, to include:
Experience with survey and title review
Loan transactions
Legal opinions
Entitlements
Commercial leases
Liens
Bonds
Easements
Entity formation and governance
Mergers and acquisitions (asset and equity transactions)
General contract review, revision and negotiation
Experience with the construction industry, roofing, and home services is a plus
