Responsibilities
Manage marketing emails and text campaigns on behalf of clients from start to finish
Maintain reporting on deliverability, engagement, and other performance metrics
Strictly enforce QA process for all deployments to ensure content is accurate
Interact in staff meetings to improve task processes and promote team collaboration
Compile user data and content performance to create targeted segmentation logic to maximize future deployments
Qualification
Required
Familiar with email or text marketing
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Basic knowledge of HTML
Self-starter that is organized, flexible and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines and minimal supervision
Acute listening, written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and eye for flagging edits
Preferred
Experience with HTML and/or email service providers appreciated but not required
Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required
