Service Desk Analyst
Cypress HCM is a growing global company in the medical equipment industry, and they are seeking a Service Desk Analyst. The role involves providing technical support to internal business partners and assisting with IT incidents and requests through deskside and phone support.

Responsibilities
The Service Desk Analyst will act as the central point of contact for handling internal business partners technical support issues
Responsible for responding to issues by gathering all necessary information and to provide resolution during the initial contact or forward the issue to the correct support team for resolution
The primary focus is to assist the business with Deskside and Phone Support for IT incidents and requests
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of experience in an IT support role
1 to 3 years Call Center experience
In depth knowledge of Windows operating system (Win10, Win11, Windows Services)
Familiarity with other operating system macOS / Linux beneficial
Experience with remote desktop tools and remote support software
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
Understanding of networking concepts TCP/IP; DNS; DHCP and VPN
Proficient in using Active Directory tools and manage users accounts, groups, permissions
Remote tool Support
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
A+ certification a plus
