Responsibilities
Overseeing deliverables, scope of work, and external client relations including handling escalations, advising on marketing programs and communicating metrics
Developing results-driven, integrated, omni-channel strategies to meet client's objectives
Leading planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, paid media, and traditional channels
Preparing monthly reports to share with each client detailing performance of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations based on insights
Ensuring all creative and outputs are on-brand, accurate and meets quality expectations
Managing, guiding and mentoring your team of Account Managers and coordinators
Identifying opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, introducing new services
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years experience in account or marketing management
Ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with clients and channel partners
Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing mix and channels
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a strategic perspective
The ability to multi-task and prioritize projects keeping business goals in mind
Experience working directly with project stakeholders
Individual must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multitask while meeting numerous daily deadlines
Experience working with an ad agency
People management experience or experience leading a team
