This role involves managing large customer-engineered projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities through effective project management from initiation to closeout.

Responsibilities
Partner with Field Sales or higher level project managers to validate the project’s statement of work and contract terms with the customer
Responsible for validating the project schedule for executing the customer’s project order
Update project plan throughout the life of the project with the customer as a means to validate the progress of the project and changes as a result of customer or internal scope or performance adjustments
Monitor the execution of the customer’s project order. This includes verifying the appropriate execution of the project plan; typically through manufacturing plants, field services, and engineering services
Monitor and control the performance of the customer’s project through its lifecycle. Key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, schedule reporting, issue resolution, and contract administration
Accountable for leading the closeout of the customer’s project. Activities include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion
Qualification
Required
This position requires a 4-year engineering degree, or equivalent experience
Industry experience a plus especially in the water wastewater industry
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to multi task
Work in a fast paced environment
Have time management skills
BA or MA in Engineering
Industry experience in Water/ Waste Water
Product knowledge including medium and low voltage electrical distribution and control equipment
Experience using Q2C, SE Advantage, Bridge Front Office and other business systems
