Responsibilities
Achieving business results for our clients in various types of environments to include being an individual contributor, working with a team of TGG consultants, or a team leader at the client
Supporting growth at the client by identifying areas in which TGG can add value in partnership with the leadership team
Leading clients and TGG teams to successfully deliver on projects
Working with Account Leads to develop business within existing and/or new clients
Embracing unstructured work to seek and find structured solutions, utilizing tool kits and best practices to execute and deliver outcomes for clients, while expanding and building upon previous skill sets
Qualification
Required
6+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of client service and delivering results
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments
Depth in one or more of our service areas: program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy
Experience partnering with both business and technology teams to drive outcomes
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences
Preferred
Industry or functional expertise in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology
ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.)
