DOT General Manager

Responsibilities

Directly manage and develop Market Managers by setting clear expectations, providing consistent feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Ensure all activations meet health, safety, and legal compliance standards, including ATC 21+ verification guidelines
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
Oversee inventory levels, ensuring proper tracking, replenishment, and loss prevention strategies are in place. (Assets, cash management, and inventory). Ensure compliance with GMR's policies, DOT training requirements, and local regulations
Drive high-quality consumer interactions by maintaining brand standards at activations, ensuring visual merchandising is executed correctly, and optimizing event setups for engagement
Allocate and reallocate resources based on business needs, ensuring activations are well-staffed and executed efficiently
Handle conflict resolution, training, coaching, and, if necessary, disciplinary actions in alignment with HR policies
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing performance reports, and handling correspondence
Help manage daily scheduling, and team performance tracking, and ensure activations run smoothly
Maintain adherence to visual merchandising standards and housekeeping guidelines at activations
Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to help adapt execution strategies
Assist in conflict resolution, team training, and coaching. Step into operational leadership roles in the absence of the Market Manager

Required

Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring proper tracking, replenishment, and loss prevention strategies are in place. (Assets, cash management, and inventory). Ensure compliance with GMR's policies, DOT training requirements, and local regulations
Consumer Engagement & Brand Experience: Drive high-quality consumer interactions by maintaining brand standards at activations, ensuring visual merchandising is executed correctly, and optimizing event setups for engagement
Operational Efficiency: Allocate and reallocate resources based on business needs, ensuring activations are well-staffed and executed efficiently
Personnel Management: Handle conflict resolution, training, coaching, and, if necessary, disciplinary actions in alignment with HR policies
Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing performance reports, and handling correspondence
Schedule: Open availability for Days/Evenings along with Occasional Activation support on weekends
Operational Execution: Help manage daily scheduling, and team performance tracking, and ensure activations run smoothly
Compliance & Merchandising: Maintain adherence to visual merchandising standards and housekeeping guidelines at activations
Market Strategy Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to help adapt execution strategies
Personnel Support: Assist in conflict resolution, team training, and coaching. Step into operational leadership roles in the absence of the Market Manager
Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Seattle, WA (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Seattle, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
