They are seeking an Operations Intern for an 11-week program focused on hands-on training in operations analytics, where the intern will support the team by creating scorecards, automating reports, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities
Provide support for the operations analytics team in an accurate and timely manner
Create Scorecards and KPIs for Operations
Assist in automating reporting through Databricks and PowerBI
Build statistical forecasting models to assist in labor planning, scheduling, and staffing or operational functions
Optimize processes and identify areas of opportunity within the operation to gain efficiencies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Data Analytics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related studies
Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must live in or near Phoenix, AZ
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
Effective task management
High level of motivation and adaptability
Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
