Lead a Premier Executive Coaching Practice with Vistage — Boston and Greater Boston

Facilitate monthly peer group meetings

Provide one-on-one coaching to CEOs, business owners and key executives

Help them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and grow—personally and professionally

Required

10+ years of senior executive or business ownership experience

P&L responsibility of $5M+

Current or former CEOs, Presidents, Senior Executives, or Executive Coaches

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others

Strong business acumen and communication skills

High emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine curiosity

Executive presence and professional maturity

Exceptional relationship builder and networker

Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build your own business

Preferred

Business or executive coaching experience (a plus)
