Responsibilities
Perform observation and inspection in the shop & field
Collect MTR's for heat numbers and tracking
VT on members in progress
UT CJP's as needed
MT Fillet Welds as needed
High-strength bolting inspections & tests
Compile daily reports outlining inspections and reporting deficiencies (if any)
Read and understand specific project plans and specifications
Communicate with project team regarding project requirements and inspection results
Qualification
Required
AWS CWI Certification
Level I or Level II UT (Shear wave)
Level I or Level II MT
ICC Structural Steel & Bolting
Minimum 5 years of experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
General computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PDF)
Able to travel to various locations
