Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and tools

Conduct inspections and testing of products to ensure adherence to quality standards

Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions

Participate in the creation and review of quality documentation and reports

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality

Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities

Develop and implement digital tools that output easy to understand results based on gathered data

Required

Working towards Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related bachelor's degree

Junior or Senior in college

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software (e.g., statistical process control, Six Sigma, etc.)

Ability to adapt to a dynamic distribution environment
