Sr. Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and strategically target accounts in scientific, engineering, and advanced manufacturing sectors
Execute multi‑channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and conduct advanced discovery to qualify technical prospects
Build, manage, and document a high‑quality pipeline with accurate CRM records and strong data hygiene
Collaborate with marketing to shape campaigns, messaging, and technical content that resonates with specialized audiences
Provide structured market and competitive feedback to product and marketing teams
Partner with sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and support account planning
Deliver pre‑call research, prospect intelligence, and insights that accelerate sales cycles
Mentor junior Inside Sales Representatives on technical communication, prospecting strategy, and best practices
Contribute to refining playbooks, outreach frameworks, and demand‑generation processes
Perform related or similar duties as required or assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of inside sales, sales development, or technical business development experience
Proven success generating pipeline in scientific, engineering, or advanced manufacturing markets
Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
Experience executing multi‑channel outreach strategies and conducting in‑depth discovery conversations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to specialized audiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market signals and provide actionable insights
Experience collaborating with marketing, product, or technical teams on campaigns or content
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including mentoring or coaching junior team members
Preferred
Experience working in a scientific instrumentation, biotech, or advanced manufacturing environment (e.g., RheoSense or similar)
