Responsibilities

Assisting in formulating the company’s strategic direction and supporting tactical initiatives

Overseeing key projects and initiatives (e.g., Leading Supply Chain / Operations SteerCo)

Acting as a point of contact between top management and employees or other stakeholders

Streamlining operational processes and ensuring efficiency

Providing leadership and direction to teams

Assisting with budgeting and financial planning

Keeping up-to-date with market trends in the food and beverage industry, understanding consumer preferences, and advising on product development or improvement

Ensuring that all company operations comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly concerning food safety and quality

Handling unexpected issues and crises, such as supply chain disruptions or public relations challenges

Directly supporting the General Manager, President, or other executives with daily administrative tasks, decision-making processes, and schedule management
