Construction

Responsibilities

Perform planned and preventative maintenance, repair, modifications, and service to a variety of entrances
Complete routine safety checks and meet national safety standards
Work in a variety of weather and varying environments
Troubleshoot challenges on-the-go
Maintain company equipment and tools properly
Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner

Required

1+ years experience installing or servicing commercial pedestrian doors
Experience with automatic doors, access control or commercial glazing
Aptitude for, or mechanical and electrical competence - including low voltage
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and diagrams
Customer-service mindset who is professional and a good communicator
Ability to travel between job sites, with some overnights and on-call some weekends
Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
Valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 75 lbs

Preferred

OSHA training preferred
