Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for onsite employees
Own day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations support, and policy administration
Review and coordinate payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in partnership with payroll providers or finance
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support performance review cycles, compensation processes, and internal audits
Draft and distribute internal HR communications as needed
Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual processes
Partner closely with leadership during organizational changes and transitions
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of progressive HR experience
Experience serving as the sole or primary HR owner for a site or business unit
Hands-on ownership of HR operations with minimal oversight
Payroll exposure (reviewing, validating, and coordinating payroll - not necessarily running payroll end-to-end)
Comfort working in a fast-paced or evolving environment
A practical, solution-oriented mindset with interest in process improvement and efficiency
Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence
Experience working onsite and directly supporting employees
Comfortable using HRIS systems and modern workplace tools
Ability to operate independently with sound judgment
Preferred
Payroll exposure required (Paylocity, ADP, or similar systems preferred)
