Responsibilities
Source potential candidates using applicant tracking system and various external platforms
Post and update job openings in systems
Screen incoming applications by completing phone screens and schedule interviews
Assist with interviewing candidates as needed
Facilitate onboarding for new employees
Oversee new hire training process
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Run the front-desk including checking in visitors
Answer phones and direct calls
Open and close office each day
Take payments for rent
Tidy up general office space as needed including light end of week cleaning tasks
Assist HR team with various projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or another related field
Knowledge and understanding of current state and federal employment law
Competent with various software packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to pass MVR check, maintain a valid driver's license and insurance and a state background check clearance
