Responsibilities
Lead deployment & optimization of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Vulnerability Mgmt, DLP, IAM, Cloud Security tools
Build automation workflows & integrations (APIs, Python, PowerShell) to improve detection & response
Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and compliance mappings ( NIST 800‑53/82, TSA SD 1582/21 )
Support projects such as OT segmentation, cloud modernization, firewall redesign, and asset discovery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in a related field + 6+ years enterprise security engineering experience
2+ years leading automation or platform integration work
Experience with Splunk, Sentinel, XSOAR, Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys, ICS/SCADA, or TSA/DHS/CISA frameworks
Security automation, scripting, cross‑platform engineering
Strong documentation, architecture, and communication abilities
Must qualify for DHS Public Trust
Preferred
Preferred certs: CISSP, GCSA, GSEC, Azure Security
