Responsibilities

Establish enduring strategic partnerships with clients and introduce our organization to prospective/recommended clients via consultations, understanding their objectives and priorities
Develop Account Strategies and deliver reports on revenue expansion/team growth metrics to the Global Account Manager or Account Directors consistently
Perform industry analysis to discover growth potential and evaluate client requirements, understand customer objectives, and create and present proposals for relevant solutions
Actively pursue new possibilities via client recommendations, professional connections, and digital platforms
Generate new business opportunities to expand revenue, facilitate negotiations, and finalize agreements
Partner with cross-functional teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to optimize outcomes

Qualification

Sales leadershipClient relationship managementAccount strategy developmentTechnology sector experienceFinancial services experienceMarket analysisProposal presentationC-suite engagementNegotiation skillsCross-functional collaboration

Required

Minimum 8 years of proven success in sales leadership/client partnership/engagement director positions or comparable roles within Technology/IT sectors
Demonstrated expertise in client relationship leadership including successful agreement completion and cultivating sustained client alliances
Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area

Preferred

Prior background as a Software Engineer (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical qualification) is highly valuable
Experience with the following sectors: Technology (SaaS), or Financial Services, is a strong advantage
