Founding Growth Lead (Outbound & Ops)
Lightmeter is building the operating system for outbound sales, and they are seeking a Founding Growth Lead to drive their growth and improve product features. The role involves managing outbound sales processes, generating Sales Qualified Leads, and providing feedback on the software to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities
Own the Engine: Manage our full outbound stack: Lightmeter’s own campaign manager (‘Beam’), plus HeyReach, Clay, LinkedIn, etc
Customer Zero: You will be the harshest critic of our own software. When our products slows you down, you demand improvements from Engineering
Pipeline Generation: Your primary KPI is Sales Qualified Leads. That means: 1st Sales Call Executed with Lead meeting qualification criteria
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with modern outbound tools (Clay, Smartlead/Instantly, Scrapers)
Ability to build list-building waterfalls from scratch
A disdain for inefficiency - you automate or eliminate, you don't just 'grind' forever
Preference for making processes and automations for recurring workflows
Strategic and systems-thinker (solve for gains next week and next month as well as today)
'Bad News First' mentality. If the funnel breaks down you broadcast that immediately to marshal additional resources to fix it
