Responsibilities

Provide overall planning, coordination, and oversight of all activities for assigned projects
Lead complex projects
Exercise independence, and judgment, and take initiative in leading projects
Embrace continuous improvement and maximize value while eliminating waste by using lean thinking
May act as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach on assigned projects
Work effectively with agency staff, business analysts, and developers to complete projects on time and within budget
Project status reporting
Project Management methodologies and best practices
Business Analysis
Concepts, practices, and procedures within the SDLC
Knowledge of Scrum according to Scrum.org's Scrum Guide
Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organization, Conflict Resolution, and Critical Thinking
Planning and organizing projects, ensuring project deadlines are met
Informed and effective decision-making
Exhibited ability to evaluate options for solutions, considering all risks and impacts
Proven ability to collaborate with professional staff and stakeholders
