The company is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst who will serve as the primary technical point of contact for Yardi financial software, providing support, training, and troubleshooting. This role involves collaborating with business users, ensuring software efficiency, and participating in system upgrades.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to identify, understand, and solve challenges related to the Yardi financial system

Ensure software usage and business process efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization

Participate in the testing and implementation of periodic system upgrades for new plug-ins, hot-fixes and Voyager releases along with the Business Systems Team

Support the successful onboarding and offboarding of Communities for the company’s Yardi platform

Solve helpdesk inquiries related to Yardi module errors or general Yardi questions/issues. Provide outstanding customer service. Alert management of any irregularities or issues including timely integrations
