Responsibilities
Launch and lead a Latitude operating company
Build and manage trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams
Drive growth through proactive outreach, referrals, and market leadership
Match elite attorneys with sophisticated clients (this is a business leadership role — not a legal practice)
Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally
Qualification
Required
Experience as a senior attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department
A strong network of legal decision-makers
Demonstrated business development potential and grit
High level of drive and ownership mentality
A strong desire to build something that's yours — and grow it over time
