Founding Director of the Gesri Scholars Program

GESRI is launching a free research and college access program for underrepresented high school students globally, and they are seeking a mission-driven leader to build and run their pilot program from the ground up. The role involves designing and leading a mentorship program, managing volunteer mentors, overseeing program execution, and building partnerships for long-term scaling.

Oversee pilot execution, scholar progress, and program outcomes
Build partnerships and shape long-term scaling strategy

Required

Cares deeply about educational equity & first-gen/FGLI students
Has experience in project/program leadership or research mentorship
Is organized, proactive, and excited to build something from scratch
Can commit ~2–5 hrs/week for 6–8 months (unpaid volunteer role)
