Outside Sales Representative

Liberty Roofing Center is looking for aggressive sales representatives with a hunter mentality. The role involves managing territory activities to drive sales and market share growth through approved sales and marketing strategies while providing outstanding customer service within the assigned territory.

Building Materials

Responsibilities

Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospects
Develop and support IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors within the assigned area
Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs
Grow customer base by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools
Meet with Branch Manager regularly to review sales pipeline and market strategy
Drive year-over-year growth in product and sales market share
Present products and programs weekly to qualified contractors and builders
Conduct product training sessions and demos with customers
Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner
Generate leads and cold call to develop new business opportunities
Attend company-provided meetings, trainings, and events as required
Investigate and resolve product quality issues within the territory
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience or 3–5 years inside sales experience ready to move into an outside role
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must successfully pass a background and credit check

Preferred

Experience in the building products industry, especially with roofing contractors, builders, or architects
