Responsibilities

Reliable and punctual attendance is paramount

Welcome each client and guest with a warm smile

Courteously assist customers by answering questions they might have

Follow protocols to help slow/stop traffic of all vehicles entering and exiting parking lot

Help manage traffic flow to avoid any delays and heavy backups

Direct incoming vehicles to available parking slots

Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed

Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance task as directed by supervisors

Report any unknown accidents, observed or suspected violations of policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the management team
