Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for CDL A driver positions
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications
Build strong relationships with potential candidates through effective communication
Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and requirements
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is essential
Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sociable and approachable personality, able to connect with diverse individuals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Familiarity with the trucking industry is a plus, but not mandatory
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred but not required
