Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complex cloud applications and server software in Microsoft Azure
Manage security concerning all Azure cloud products, operating system and application solutions by following industry standard best practices under the guidance of the Information Security Engineer
Lead the implementation of all equipment and software upgrades as needed
Implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for Microsoft Azure infrastructure, administration, appropriate use, and disaster recovery
Create and modify documentation for cloud environments
Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, security and access rights in a hybrid AD environment
Lead SaaS implementations and support as the senior technical representative for YesCare
Interface with internal and external customers on solution design and implementation
Monitor server, Azure, Security and Saas alerting and response
Recommend, schedule, and perform environment, OS, and application improvements, upgrades, and repairs
Lead and assist in completion of special projects on as needed basis
Assist the various departments in their technology efforts as needed
On call rotations as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience
5 to 8 years of systems engineering experience
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Intune, Microsoft Active Directory on Premise/Azure and Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure
Remote/Office environment with occasional travel up to 15% to: correctional facilities, regional offices, client and/or vendor sites
Provides on call (night/weekend) assistance in support of the company's 24 x 7 computer operations
Preferred
Knowledge of FreshService ticketing system is a plus
NinjaOne RMM experience preferred
Azure AZ-104, AZ-305 or relevant certifications preferred. AZ-500 would be a bonus/considered
