Optimize Search Group is hiring on behalf of a client for a senior level marketing leader focused on brand strategy positioning and long term organic growth. This role is ideal for someone whose core strength is strategic SEO and competitive differentiation rather than execution only marketing.

Responsibilities

Own brand positioning messaging and differentiation strategy
Lead long term SEO strategy focused on authority trust and sustainable organic growth
Build and guide content strategies that support SEO performance and brand credibility
Develop and manage advanced backlink and authority building strategies
Analyze competitors search landscapes and market signals to identify opportunities
Partner with leadership and sales to align marketing with revenue and growth goals
Track performance using meaningful SEO and organic growth outcomes

Required

Five or more years of marketing experience with direct SEO ownership
Proven success competing in crowded or highly competitive markets
Strong strategic thinking around positioning differentiation and trust
Deep understanding of long term SEO and authority building
Ability to own strategy from concept through results
Fluency in English and Spanish written and spoken

Preferred

E commerce SEO experience
Demonstrated backlink and authority growth experience
Experience working with founders or senior leadership
Ability to clearly explain why strategies work not just what was executed
