Responsibilities
Perform imaging examinations according to physicians’ orders using a variety of equipment
Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation dose calibration, and minimal exposure (ALARA principle)
Deliver high-quality diagnostic images while addressing unique patient needs
Apply clinical judgment and collaborate with care teams to optimize patient care
Qualification
Required
Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
CA Radiographer License upon hire
National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 180 days
BLS – American Heart Association
