Responsibilities
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support financial and operational decision-making
Use Python to automate reports, clean data, and improve analysis workflows
Support core finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly close
Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to translate data into insights
Rotate across different business units to learn the full organization and its drivers
Help improve adoption of modern analytics tools across the finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Python and Power BI (academic, internship, or professional)
Strong critical thinking skills, someone who enjoys figuring out the “why,” not just the “what”
Comfortable working with ambiguity and willing to learn different parts of the business
Curious, proactive, and excited about using data to make finance better
