Manage core accounting functions

Support the full accounting cycle
Focus on month-end close, compliance, audit and tax support, and process improvement
Work closely with the Controller to implement scalable processes
Strengthen internal controls
Drive automation efforts in a growing organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
CPA required
Proficient in accounting systems, with specific expertise in NetSuite and its application to financial operations and reporting
High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Preferred
Master's or MBA a plus
