Responsibilities

Support the sponsor’s strategic planning and prioritization efforts

Apply performance management best practices, including analytics, benchmarking, and metrics

Maintain awareness of enterprise architecture for technical collection and its relationship to the IC portfolio

Track IC technical investment strategies, goals, performance targets, and architectures

Develop decision-support recommendations, including strategies, roadmaps, risks, capability gaps, dependencies, and funding impacts

Ensure alignment across strategy, performance, and architecture

Serve as a liaison with IC program managers, DoD partners, and industry

Support government clients with program planning, schedules, reporting, and executive briefings

Communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical senior audiences

Produce deliverables in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF formats
