Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions
Transform UGC into polished ad creatives
Collaborate with teammates and clients on creative direction
Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in paid social video editing (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
Strong eye for storytelling and ad flow (hook → body → CTA)
Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite
Experience with static/gif & video creatives
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Tech Requirements: Windows (64 GB RAM + 8GB GPU) or Mac (M2 chip or later)
Preferred
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) preferred
