Responsibilities
Lead a team of dedicated Residential Support staff
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Assigned Supported Housing Program
Supervise direct care staff
Manage, deliver, and coordinate program and client services
Ensure services and documentation meet KBH guidelines and regulatory requirements
Assist the Director of Supported Housing programs and the Administrator in the development of program plans, policies, and procedures
Implement program plans, policies, and procedures at the program level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social services, mental health, or related field required
MHRT/C Required
Must be MHRT/1 eligible
Active CRMA
A minimum of 2 - 4 years professional experience in the mental health field
Ability to Commute: Augusta, ME 04330 (Required)
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
