Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring and expanding mid-market clients for BPO, RPO, and staffing solutions
Identify, engage, and close new business through direct prospecting, networking, and relationship-based selling
Lead the full sales cycle independently—from pipeline generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing
Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers by understanding their workforce and operational pain points and crafting tailored outsourcing solutions that deliver measurable results
Collaborate with internal teams across delivery, recruiting, operations, and marketing to ensure client needs are met and deals transition smoothly into implementation
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging opportunities within the outsourcing and staffing landscape
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand market presence and credibility
Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring accountability to revenue goals
Actively contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture—hands-on, entrepreneurial, and focused on outcomes

Required

8–12 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a strong record of closing mid-market deals in BPO, RPO, staffing, or workforce solutions
Proven success prospecting, cold-calling, and building a pipeline from the ground up—not reliant on brand recognition or existing accounts
Deep understanding of how outsourced workforce and business process solutions drive efficiency, scalability, and cost savings for clients
Experience navigating and selling into mid-sized organizations with complex but agile buying processes
Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate value-driven solutions to senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a growing, multi-entity business environment
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry engagement
