Responsibilities

Supporting approx. 130 End Users
Provide high-level IT support across existing systems, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network operations
Assist with major projects and strategic initiatives currently underway
Serve as a temporary technical lead to supplement the bandwidth of the current tech lead (Tim)
Model strong customer service and supportive leadership, helping uplift and guide the existing team
