They are seeking a Web Project Manager who will own and coordinate the full website delivery lifecycle, ensuring that design and development move forward smoothly and on time while serving as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities

Own website projects from kickoff through launch

Run website kickoff calls with clients

Translate client goals, preferences, and constraints into actionable project plans

Maintain timelines, milestones, and status updates

Identify blockers early and drive resolution

Work with Figma designers hired by Plastix

Provide clear briefs, direction, and actionable feedback

Ensure designs align with: Client preferences, Conversion best practices, Realistic development constraints

Manage revision rounds and prevent scope creep

Escalate design issues when quality or timelines slip

Coordinate with WordPress developers on implementation

Translate approved designs into clear development requirements

Work comfortably within WordPress environments, including: Themes (custom & builder-based), Plugins, Page builders (primarily Elementor)

Validate builds against designs and requirements

Manage QA, revisions, and launch readiness

Manage ongoing website tasks for retained clients

Intake, prioritize, and batch website requests

Assign work to designers or developers

Track completion and communicate updates clearly

Serve as the primary point of contact for website-related projects

Run kickoff calls and milestone check-ins

Set expectations clearly around scope, timelines, and revisions

Maintain client confidence through proactive communication

Long-term, this role will fully own website project communication end-to-end
