Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling, coordination, and prioritization of meetings
Support a complex, fast-moving schedule across multiple workstreams and time zones
Coordinate logistics for meetings, calls, and travel
Prepare meeting materials and ensure clear agendas and objectives
Track follow-ups and action items from meetings to support execution
Monitor incoming requests and support scheduling alignment with priorities
Anticipate conflicts and flag issues in advance
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting founders or senior executives in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and logistics independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting needs
Calm, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach
High level of discretion and trustworthiness
Preferred
Grounded and emotionally intelligent
Experienced in high-intensity environments
Nimble and adaptable as priorities shift
Focused on execution and support, not visibility or proximity
Curious to learn through close, hands-on exposure to how an accomplished founder operates day to day
